    P2P technologies will continue to improve and enhance over time. Unfortunately for recording musicians, this also means that CD sales are likely to plummet even further. As John Mayer states on MIPI, 40% of his CD sales have already been depleted. In 5 years time, it is possible and likely that his and other artists sales will plummet to an extremely low amount.
